Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the following free Android applications (the “App”) published on Google Play by DEVGame (the “Developer”):

1. Data We Collect

Most of our apps collect no personal data: your scores, settings and progress are stored locally on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app.

Exception — CosmoBoom!: This game collects anonymous usage statistics and crash reports, and offers an optional Google Play Games sign-in, as described in sections 8 and 9 below. These sections do not apply to our other apps.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. To serve ads and measure their performance, AdMob may collect device identifiers such as your Advertising ID and share them with advertising partners. This data is encrypted in transit.

Users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom are shown a consent screen for personalised advertising on first launch. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalised advertising from your device settings at any time.

3. In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing)

Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases (for example the “Remove Ads” upgrade in Sky Climber). All purchases are handled entirely through Google Play Billing. Your payment details are processed by Google; the Developer never has access to your card or billing information. The App only verifies with Google whether a purchase is valid and unlocks the corresponding feature.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and over and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe data belonging to a child has been collected, please contact us and we will take the necessary action.

5. Your Rights

You can delete the game data held on your device at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its app data. For data processed by Google, you can use the privacy settings of your Google account.

If this policy is updated, the new version will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date above will be revised.

8. Usage Statistics and Crash Reports (CosmoBoom! only)

CosmoBoom! uses Google's Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to help us improve the game.

What is collected: which level was started, completed or failed, how long it took, which boosters were used, in-game currency earned and spent, which ad types were shown; device model, operating system version, app version and language/country; and an app instance identifier assigned by Google that is not directly linked to you. If the game crashes, we receive the error trace, the device state at that moment and which level was being played.

What is not collected: your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos or any other personal files. This data is not used for advertising and is not sold to third parties.

Why: to see which levels are too hard, to find and fix bugs, and to balance the game. The data is processed on Google's servers; see firebase.google.com/support/privacy for details.

9. Google Play Games and Cloud Save (CosmoBoom! only)

CosmoBoom! offers an optional Google Play Games sign-in. Signing in is not required; if you decline, the game keeps working in full and only the two features below are unavailable.

Cloud save: If you sign in, your progress (unlocked levels, stars, scores, crystals and settings) is backed up to the Play Games saved-game storage linked to your Google account, so you keep it when you change phones or reinstall the app. The Developer's access to this data is limited to the interface Google provides and it contains no personal information.

Leaderboard: If you sign in, your total score is submitted to a Google Play Games leaderboard. The player name and avatar shown there belong to your Play Games account; the Developer neither sets nor stores them. You can change your profile visibility in your Play Games settings.

Deletion: You can delete your cloud save at any time from the Google Play Games app (Settings → Delete game data).
