1. Data We Collect
The App itself does not collect, store or share any personal data. Your scores, settings and progress are stored locally on your device only; there is no account creation and no sign-in. Uninstalling the App removes this data from your device.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. To serve ads and measure their performance, AdMob may collect device identifiers such as your Advertising ID and share them with advertising partners. This data is encrypted in transit.
Users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom are shown a consent screen for personalised advertising on first launch. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalised advertising from your device settings at any time.

3. In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing)
Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases (for example the “Remove Ads” upgrade in Sky Climber). All purchases are handled entirely through Google Play Billing. Your payment details are processed by Google; the Developer never has access to your card or billing information. The App only verifies with Google whether a purchase is valid and unlocks the corresponding feature.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe data belonging to a child has been collected, please contact us and we will take the necessary action.
5. Your Rights
You can delete the game data held on your device at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its app data. For data processed by Google, you can use the privacy settings of your Google account.
6. Changes
If this policy is updated, the new version will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
